The Andrés Coll Cosmic Trio calls its sound “Avant-Groove”: music in which the expressive freedom of the avant-garde meets strong rhythmic impulses and the musical traditions of Spain and Poland.
The trio moves between ethno-jazz, spiritual jazz and free improvisation — with great energy, joy of playing and a very distinctive approach to groove and tradition.
